Yes, I saw the segment with Gerson. Wallace said something about how phychologically attuned he and Bush were. He certainly could make words sing. My mother and I agree that Gerson knew how to put the thoughts of Bush into words that would be words Bush would be comfortable using.
I actually think that THIS leak is the least damaging..because it is something that has been done for a long time...and I am sure even the terrorists knew we were watching their financial transactions..
However, I think this has just kind of sparked a reaction of the cumulative effect of ALL of the leaks..
BTW..since we know that the Intelligence committees were told about this...any trouble believing a dem congresscritter leaked? I don't.
Question. I keep hearing the Democrat party is not what it used to be, and I understand that.
I wonder if past policy and platforms helped "create" the Democrat party of today and IF JFK, FDR and the rest actually contributed to the degradation of their party into what it is today? Surely it would be unintended consequences, but was it in part responsible in your mind?

Without a solid counter to big adv. bucks and years of doling out the dole as only Murtha can do he remains a formidable candidate. Possibly talk radio could help, I am sure we must have raised a few bucks for here on our live shots we did with her. There are ways but it's a really an up-hill climb.
The damage is to the folks overseas. I believe Brussels is the city that is actually doing the surveilling of the records.
