Not sure that according to Mad Moe that killing female children is a crime. Glad the officer thought it was though.
Nadeem is obviously not a true Muslim, just a good person with a GREAT sense of civic duty. I have no doubt if he did not off this monster it would have been let go to kill again. Please God, he is spared the death penalty for this good deed.
