Congressman Tom Tancredo is a solid Reagan Republican. He's strong on national defense, supports limited government, tax reform and is pro-life. I looked at the source and discounted most of the article from there on. Dallas County has one of the largest hispanic populations in the country and this paper is one of the biggest supporters of amnesty.
