As a native Houstonian, Dallas has always been the liberal black sheep of the state. Although the Houston Chronicle/Barnicle has become nothing but a yellow journalistic rag too.
Had JFK decided to visit any other city than Dallas, who knows which direction the winds of fate may have blown.

We will definitely never know, will we? Of course, Austin is pretty liberal, too (like most University cities).

There are blogs that make outrageous claims against Tancredo and ties him to all sorts of horrid groups just because he is for HR4437.
Anyone who is for border security is according to some of the blogs a racist and worse. The conspiracy theories abound on these blogs that include those who are anti-illegal are prochoice. Read some of the blogs that are pro illegal's and they will make you sick. They use the buzz words like "lawbreakers" that are used by anti-illegal proponents so as to identify the "evil" ones.
Unbeleivable! the bloggers who are pro-illegal have skewed this issue into something no one could possibly believe.
Freepmail coming your way.

There is little that can be done to those who choose to be shills for a liberal amnesty policy. Except to point out the truth. The pro-amnesty forces have a problem with the truth.
Congressman Tom Tancredo is a solid Reagan Republican. He's strong on national defense, supports limited government, tax reform and is pro-life. His anti-amnesty position is supported by a majority of Americans and Tancredo has gained serious support among FReepers. Tancredo's associations with people like Jim Gilchrist, Bay Buchanan and Jerome Corsi are of a positive nature, and are based on love of America and concern for the future of our Republic.
The pro-amnesty globalists are out of their minds.

Then why is Hastert punting the issue? The reason is that the numbers are lining up for the Bush approach and Hastert has got the nads to take on Tancredo.

Dennis Hastert has made the correct decision on holding hearings and exposing the folly of CIRA to the American People.
It is also another way saying CIRA is dead and buried.

You have been freebasing that steer doo-dee there in Texas. I think it ironic for a guy that states that UTAH has been "destroyed" by illegal immigration to talk about freebasing.

If you have problem reading the post, I said that if illegal immigration was allowed to go unabated in Utah, it would end up like California.
Stop smoking that steer doo-dee. Its making you stupid and unable to read.

I looked at the source and discounted most of the article from there on. Dallas County has one of the largest hispanic populations in the country and this paper is one of the biggest supporters of amnesty. BINGO!
ALWAYS consider the "source."

I think about 85% of all Republicans and about 70% of all Democrats (voters) want the border secured and to have our current laws enforced.
End of the discussion.
