Atheism trumps respect for memorials to those who served and died for their country or the local coimmunity's voice, it appears.
Judge Thompson was a 1970 appointee by Nixon, btw. Time he is put out to pasture, imo..

Wasn't this (Press Secretary) Tony Snow's "cross to bear?" His Grandpa is buried there, and I remember that he'd talk about this case whenever he filled in for Rush.

The President is not an omnipotent dictator. There is nothing he can do to "stop" this.
I believe the only recourse at this point is likely the Supreme Court, and they could put a halt to the 9th circus, but it does not seem likely.
Judicial tyranny is a reality in the present day U.S., IMO.

Let's see how far his "Compassionate Conservatism" extends. If ever there was a need for an Executive Order, this cries out for it.
