Oh, dear.

That is putting it mildly.

Well, no worries about this Daycare/After School School because it has a wonderful scholarship program, which makes the experience available for all kids.

The Scholarship program is funded in part by United Way. I do not know if United Way receives any Federal Funds, but wouldn't that just be the icing on the cake if it did receive tax dollars? /sarcasm

Scholarship Fund

The primary sources of funding for the scholarship program include our Annual Drive, community events, grants from the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC #7027) and United Way Campaign, foundation grants, and donations of enrollment deposits.

How the Scholarship Program Works

The Scholarship Fund is available to all families who have children enrolled in ASAD programs.

  • Parents should apply for the scholarship fund program by June 1, for the upcoming school year. Once the school year has begun, applications will be accepted at any time.
  • Applications maybe obtained from the Program Director at each site or the main office.
  • The completed applications are submitted to the Executive Director and confidentially reviewed by the scholarship committee.
  • Each application is individually considered using criterion that includes household income, family expenses, dept and any other unique circumstances.
  • Decisions are made within 4 weeks of receipt of the application.
  • Tuition assistance ranges from 10% to 75%, depending upon need.
  • Scholarships are made without regard to race, creed, color, family composition, gender, age, religion, national origin, citizenship, sexual orientation, and physical or mental handicap.

Why the Fund is Important

The Scholarship Fund is vital to ASAD and the community because it:

  • provides for accessibility to our programs,
  • allows every family in our programs access to support in the event of an unexpected financial crisis,
  • ensures economic diversity,
  • furthers our founding mission.

All Saints' All Day is committed to making a difference in our community. It is our mission to provide programs that are accessible and affordable to as many families as possible. The Scholarship Fund ensures that families have access to the quality child care.
