This Richter person is rather unclear as to whether it's our 'mentaility' or 'reality' that changes.

My guess would be abandoning the doctrine of the Virgin Birth, since that is "contrary to nature".
Or the idea that salvation is through faith in Jesus as Messiah, since that is "exclusionary".
