The Presbyterian Church cannot save itself.

Indeed. Every time it makes one of these awful decisions it drives more conservative and moderate members from its ranks. That causes it to become even more radical which in turn guarantees it will take even more outrageous stances. In the end, it arrives in hell at warp speed.

When the Episcopal Church ordained Gene Robinson, I was faced with the issue of staying and fighting or leaving.
I chose to leave, even though it was an emotional wrench. I knew additional changes were coming even less acceptable than Robinson's ordination.
I expect those changes within ten years.
