Politicians in Louisiana are corrupt because the majority of the people of Louisiana are corrupt. If they had any morals, they wouldn't keep re-electing these criminals. The only assumption that one can make is that the majority of people in Louisiana elect officials who are just like they are.

Having lived here for the past 15 years of my 43 year life, I can assure you that while the majority of citizens in my area that I know are not corrupt, the majority of businesses I've dealt with ARE!
The majority of citizens are lazy thinkers, and gullible.
