Marketing is the key BUT could there be an agenda ?,

Talent-wise, the Dixie Chicks couldn't hold a candle to Patsy Montana (I Want to Be a Cowboy's Sweetheart, 1936), Charline Arthur (Boogie Woogie Blues 1950), or Kitty Wells (Honky Tonk Angels, 1952).

Yep. As far as bluegrass pickers go, they really aren't even in the game. Sam Bush, Ricky Skaggs, Allison Kraus, Mark O'Conner,Edgar Meyer, et al, are much better musicians......and they don't have diarea of the mouth....
