He can sue, but he broke clear academic rules. And long as they dot all the i's and cross all the t's, in regard to the plagarism, he'll lose.I think you're right. The commmittee must have had black-and-white, irrefutable evidence in order to recommend his firing. None of the findings had anything to do with his blatant anti-Americanism or his misuse of his professorship to demogogue his captive audience in the classroom.
