Hey NN,

Not a bad day. Lots of breeze, and my yard is still cluttered although we got a lot of it up and in the garbage.

I was just checking the NOAA sat views and looks like we'll have some wind for awhile.

Big blob of weather over by the Lesser Antilles...hope it breaks apart, LOL.

All the media wanted him to be a hurricane. I suppose we are going to have wind re-counts now .

This should be an interesting season following last year. I suspect that some will be 'let down' by the slightly lower numbers... though, we seem to be getting off to a fast start again - and it only takes one big one to make the numbers not really matter.

Water spouts, tornados, wind and lots of water! I don't worry to much about tropical storms or even a cat one storm. I guess it comes from growing up on the coast.

Alberto has decided to stay overnight. Thought that we would have him gone before bedtime but he justs like the low country so much he decided to stay overnight. Some tourists we just don't need!!!!!!!!

Yep, we've got mosquitoes ALREADY!!

Was one of those tornadoes near you?

We had 3.5 inches of rain & some wind but just a few small branches & some leaves down in the yard. No damage, and not as much wind as I'd expected actually.

Well,
My grass grew 6 inches overnight,
Tornado watches, but none here....
the blackberries are wonderful now (not dry)
yes, there are mosquitoes and bugs and gnats.

We needed the rain....I think we got close to 4 inches too....
But tomorrow is going to be HOT!

Sauna temps, oh goody.
