Here's the bottom line...Dems don't want ANY investigation into election shenanigans. They know their the ones that will be hurt.

If Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was a serious, credible person

If a frog had wings......

This clown is a braindead punk. If his name was Robert F. O'Malley he'd have to get a real job. No one should be taking this jerk seriously.

I didn't know there were Kennedys with credibility.

The polls were wrong because they were deliberately biased to sour the Republican vote ("why bother, your guy lost!").

Zogbyism earned its name that day. The press continues to make it up as they see fit.

I have a good friend who is a liberal activist working on the East Coast, and he was one of the thousands of volunteers who descended on Ohio in the final weeks of the election to help turn out the vote for Kerry. After the election I asked him what happened and he said that one of the factors that frustrated their efforts was that poll workers in heavily Democratic precincts were terribly disorganized. Their voting lists weren't being properly updated, and as the day wore on it became difficult to locate those who hadn't voted and go pick them up and get them to the polls. The disorganization accounted for some of the long lines in heavily Democratic areas as well.

I have a friend who went to Ohio to work for the Bush campaign GOTV. At first she said things were disorganized, but by a couple of days before the election she told me unequivocally Bush would win because the campaign was simply better organized. They knew where all their voters were and they got them to the polls. Democrats had a false sense of security because Moveon and other liberal groups sent loads of volunteers into the state and thought they had registered thousands of new voters, but most of the registrations were crap and their volunteers were like herding cats on Election Day. They can't accept that they just got out-organized, and especially that the same-sex marriage amendment brought a lot of new conservative voters to the polls that they had not identified. They really were surprised that they lost Ohio. So they just make stuff up about fraud, hacked voting machines, provisional ballots, etc. etc. ad nauseam.

There was one confirmed case of fraud in Ohio in 2004: a Democratic operative was paid in crack cocaine for submitting hundreds of registrations all in the same handwriting with names like "Mary Poppins" and "Michael Jackson."

And that's just the one we know about.

Just another example of liberalism being a mental disorder. I wanted to throw my 20-lb dumbell through the TV tonight when RFK was on Cavuto's show. Thought better of it, though - why waste good money on this dolt? I can only dream of the day when there are no more Kennedy's on TV, in the news, or in government. (Note to Ted: You can retire anytime now - you should be able to survive retirement.)

Funny, but tonight I was skipping through the AM band while out to dinner in Bethesda and came across Air America. I was able to stomach it for less that five minutes, but in that abbreviated time I heard this story touted as the gospel truth. But there's another story that the Dems are telling that's even stranger...

It seems that gore actually did win in 2000 in Florida. You see, according to the tinfoil crowd, even though the NY Times WA Post, et al had headlines indicating that, had the recounts been done, that Bush won. But, buried in the seventh or eighth paragraphs was the truth that Gore really won, the media just didn't want anyone to notice it since after 9-11 it would have resulted in a change of government.

Now, I really don't claim to have read every word of those articles, but I'm fairly certain that if something that big was buried on page B25, someone by now would have been screaming it form the rooftops.

Revisionist history at work.

Oh, and as to polls, a few years ago I got another phone line in my house. For quite a while I got calls for "Walter". At first I thought nothing of it, but I bagan to ask who was calling. Quite often it was a polling firm, so I would play along to see what the gist was. Usually the polls were push polls trying to build up the Democrat candidate. I guess "Walter" was on the list of Democrats to poll. You can imagine the fun that resulted when I let them think that "Walter" was now somewhere to the right of the John Birch Society. The calls enede soonafter.

Finally, in my 30+ years of voting, I've never been polled, so how can an exit poll be 99+ percent accurate?

Remember also that many of the places where irregularities are alleged to have occurred in Ohio were in heavily Democratic precincts with Democratic poll workers.

not to mention democratic voters

If asked by a polster about anything I lie.
If anyone calls to ask questions concerning my views about anything I lie.
It is not incumbant upon me to tell the truth in these type cases.

I listened twice to RFK's interview with Neil Cavuto. All I can say is that RFK's attitude is: "Don't confuse the issue with the facts."

I'm an Ohio voter. I didn't have any problem voting in 2004.

Kerry lost Ohio because South Ohio...south central, south west, and south east ALL went for Bush overwhelmingly. That's the story.

How do these Kennedy's continue? I swear the guy sounded like a mental midget.
