Commissioner Diana Irey, running for PA's 12th District Congressional seat against Rep. Jack Murtha, will be joining us for a live question and answer session at 8:00 pm EDT on June 14th.
Between now and 7:00 pm EDT on the 14th, please submit - via FReepmail to Questions4Irey - questions you'd like to see answered by Ms. Irey. The moderators will review and prioritize the questions and present them to Ms. Irey one at a time. If time permits and the candidate is agreeable, some open questions on the live thread may be addressed. But your best bet is to get your questions in to Questions4Irey early.

Robert Gleason, the head of the Cambria Co. Republican Com., and newly appointed chair of the PA Republican Com., has voted for Murtha in the past. Is he going to lend his support to Irey? In the same vein, has she received any monetary support from the state repub com?

Seriesly, these folks have had a week off....and a LOT has happened while they haven't been there..
Like the debate over whether they are above the law, regarding searching their offices, (Americans are NOT happy with Congress about THEIR attitude)..
This Haditha thing has been the main topic (except for the Bikini strangler, of course)...
Now, the Marriage Amendment..
Oh, I heard Kerry is going to propose a bill making it LAW that the troops have to come home from Iraq this year ..LOL
The tension up on Capitol Hill this week, IMHO, is going to be very INTENSE, and give that, it makes for just the right atmosphere for pontificating...
I expect Kerry, Murtha, and possible others to make speeches regarding Haditha...
We need all freepers to be on the look out for them and report any speech that a Congresswienie makes regarding this..and post it.
I would ask Commissioner Irey: if she were to win and get into Congress, what would be her top three priorities that she would like to see achieved during her term?
