Some of the cyanide compounds might. They're pretty easy to cook up, too.

A lot of them could. They've been put in artillery rounds since WW I.

The explosion here doesn't have to be any bigger than to release a cloud. The explosion itself probably wouldn't be fatal to the bomber.
