Not exactly. If the Iranian government stops treating Azerbaijanis as second-rate people, grants them their right to learn their language at schools and universities and to develop Azerbaijani culture, stop killing people that peacefully express their protest, lifts the information blockade, takes at least a few steps towards development of freedom of speech and conscience etc. - shortly, stops acting like a completely chauvinistic regime in addition to being a world community's outlaw, living in THAT Iran would be quite satisfactory. However, the problem is that the Iranian government shows absolutely no sign of moving in that direction - actually it's the opposite. So, it's up to the current Iranian regime. If they secure basic right for Azerbaijanis, Arabs, Kurds and some other ethnic groups instead of treating them like a junk, everything should be fine. But if the policy of descrimination should break Iran apart in this situation, only the current regime will be to blame.
