The FBI is too big. This looks like an in-state issue where they should not have jurisdiction. Not long ago, FBI teamed up with organized crime in Boston. I have yet to see what, if any corrective actions that have been taken.

I disagree. Somebody has to crack down on these terrible crooks--and it sure won't be Rendell or his State Police.

It depends on whether any of the emails/etc. came from out of state. Crossing the state line would likely make it a federal issue.
