They are boring to watch at the local levels, but try following it on the National level. It is actually quite entertaining, especially if you take time to read the kids bios and get to know the "playing field".

I didn't see the bios posted this year. I wonder why. I too am rooting for Samir Patel since the speller from my region was eliminated today. I think Samir is first up tomorrow.
