Oh, mine was in our small-town paper each time, but the worst was my next to last year when I had to shake hands with the winner - who happened to be the ickiest, "cootiest" guy in the other junior high school in town. I *did* get teased about that. Is this the wonderful "socialization" government school defenders are always praising? "Cootiest guy"? Teased for shaking his hand?

Fercryingoutloud, I was speaking in junior high vernacular and being silly - this happened over 40 years ago and I think most of us grew out of it. Although, I bet he's still icky today.
