I would actually fear groups in Winnipeg more than Toronto/Eastern provincences... A lot of undesirable immigrants (a lot from N. Africa and SE Asia) are dumped here due to Manitoba's lack of political clout.

I have to agree with you whole heartedly. I'm in Winnipeg and they don't call us the murder capital of Canada because we have a handle on things.

They government has no casabas and the unsavories not only get in but they are set up with jobs right away. I can't remember the last time I had a handi-transit driver that could speak English.
