Mr. Kerry has signed forms authorizing the Navy to release his recordMy understanding is that he did in fact authorize the release of his records, but consistent with the slim that drips from this man, he released them only to a third party who in turn has released only selected portions to the public. He is unwilling to reveal the truth about his brief military service.

My understanding is that he did in fact authorize the release of his recordsHe did authorize the release of his records with the proviso that he alone gets to decide what gets released and to whom. He's never released of all his records to the public.
