IMHO, Iran is the smaller fish. Russia and China are the big fish. Iran would not be able to move as quickly as it has technologically (not that quick really) without her Russian and Chinese backers.

The posturing little pi$$ant Iranian president is just a jerk-puppet of a govt sold to the highest bidder, IMHO.
