America has really sunk to a new low when govt demand stat, even though they cannot control violence in their streets, even though they cannot stop people from going into "bath houses" and doing meth in them, even though they cannot and won't protect our children from pedophiles, they will search each individual package?? to see if it has tobacco in them?? How else would they know what is being shipped.
And the same people yell and scream about intercepting calls to and from terrorists, as if that is intrusion on the rights of Americans.
People are eventually going to start fighting back, and frankly it can't be soon enough. Back #@$wards.

The statute was designed to prevent youths from ordering cigarettes online and also to assist the state in collecting taxes that otherwise would be unpaid. And that folks, is the Nanny State in a nutshell.....MONEY MONEY MONEY
