Westerners generally, and Americans in particular, due to indifference, ignorance or an excess of familiar comfort, continue to fail to see what is summarized in this post and in this paragraph. The muslims keep telling us, and we continue to ignore it at our peril.

First of all, islam is one entity, one monster and, as they say it, "this nation". It is not 58 independently thinking and acting third world hell-holes. It is a coordinated diffused third-world hellhole, somehow continuing to believe that they are destined to rule an islamic world. It doesn't matter if we believe it or not. They do. And most are willing to die senselessly for the concept.

The idea that there were no countries in islam until the 20th century has lost its central significance. But it is the essence of the struggle, and will be the West's undoing unless the concept is seen and understood, sooner, rather than later.
