Plus, the proponents of illegal immigration claim that these people are already paying social security and medicare taxes, so making them citizens is not going to increase the trust fund revenue, but is only going to constitute an additional benefit drain.

If the Totalization agreement between the US and Mexico is ratified, it dramatically increases the costs to Social Security. "Totalization" and "Guest Worker plan" is the double whammy that few are talking about.

but heck, it's a small price to pay so we can get 'dollar a head' lettuce, our toilets cleaned and lawns mowed...
