Clinton gave more no bid contracts to Halliburton than Bush ever did.
That sounds like the opinion of someone who couldn't make it in Halliburton.
I'm actually a fan of Halliburton. My sarcasm was not dripping enough. They are one of the only companies who have the knowlede and manpower to take on these type of tasks.
