I'm actually a fan of Halliburton. My sarcasm was not dripping enough. They are one of the only companies who have the knowlede and manpower to take on these type of tasks.

When do we start carpet bombing residential areas? Do we start after we kill 1/3 of their population?
I'm joking but thats how the Marshall plan worked for Europe.

Any money we send down there will just get sucked up by the Kleptocracy running the place. It won't do the average Mexican any good, but if we converted the money into cash our Congress could use it for toilet paper at the Capitol. At least that way the money would benefit the American taxpayer a little by way of lower toilet paper bills to maintain our politicians.

Mexico is no friend of the U.S. and they have proved that again and again, their foreign nationals have spit in the face of America.
Bill O Reilly will be calling for a boycott of mexico and all things from there. Good for him. I am so sick of this illegal invasion and not enforcing our laws!!
There are so many laws that have been broken already we lost count and yet no one will enforce the laws on the books, who is it that is to UPHOLD THE LAWS OF THE U.S.??
Well they aren't doing it.
Aren't most of the Senators Lawyers? Why do they ignore our laws? Aren't they called "lawmakers" than why are they allowing and inviting lawbreaking??

Didn't the USA give Mexico some big loan and/or aid package during
the Clinton Years to help Mexico over a financial crisis?
Well, just like Haiti and Kosovo...Clinton really fixed those problems too!

The United States needs to make nuanced efforts to help open Mexican energy development to outsiders, McLarty said. What drivel. "Nuanced" efforts to help uncouth robbers. This timeworn approach to "helping" Mexico has as much chance of success as it has had in "helping" the crapocracies of Africa for the last fifty years. Didn't this stooge ever hear of the Kennedy "Allianxce for Progress?"
