They decided to sentence him as an adult, even though he would never have gotten an adult sentence 30-40 years ago.

I don't like the guy but he got shafted. (no golf club pun intended)

I hope Olsen wins. It reminds me of the bastardization of double jeopardy, where the government re-tries those they "dislike" on Civil rights charges after an aquittal.

Wrong is wrong. IMHO
