why & where was he wrong not wearing the cap and gown ?
i must have missed the previous articles on this, as this article doesn't say he made a big deal out of it.
He was a given a choice...he made it and that choice abides by school's\district's rules and the consequence of that choice was he didn't get to participate in the graduation ceremonies.
How is following the rules wrong ?
