This is just about the most stupid story I've ever seen. Apparently the writer hasn't ever heard of the concept of re-fueling or of FAA regs. Airliners are not set up for mid-air refueling. It's a long way from the mid east to Cuba and a/c are required to have enough fuel to divert to another site for emergency purposes.
