ALBUQUERQUE Defense contractor Lockheed Martin Corporation plans to open an Albuquerque call center that would field requests for immigration information.
A company spokesman, Joe Wagovich, says Lockheed expects to have the call center in full operation in three to four months.
Some 350 workers would field toll-free phone calls to a hot line operated by U-S Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Callers will generally be foreign nationals or lawyers seeking information about immigration and naturalization status.
At least 30 percent of the center's workers must be able to speak Spanish.
Lockheed also has plans to expand a call center in Indianapolis as part of a five-year, 120 (m) million-dollar contract with the U-S Department of Homeland Security.

The sellout of America is complete. There is no way the Department of Homeland Security could award a $120 million dollar contract to Lockeed Martin for "Immigration Call centers" unless amnesty was a done deal. These plans were made a long time ago. All of our calls, faxes, emails, rallies meant NOTHING to the traitors in DC!! IMO, all this BS about putting troops on the border is just more smoke and mirrors intended to stop the uproar from American citizens, until after the ink is dry on the amnesty bill. All of the illegals that the DemonRAT Party have been signing up to vote will be able to vote in the 06 and 08 elections now. They've ALL been signed up to vote as RATS. Looks like the Republican Party is dead in the water. Thanks to our spineless, wimpy, congress critters. we will probably have lost control of the government for a very long time. Adding insult to injury, American taxpayers are footing the bill for the "toll-free phone calls."

You are being too paranoid. I have advocated a hotline to report illegals, and I know that immigration is backlogged. The problem with many is that they read one story a few years ago and that is all they know about the subject. Anyway, isn't this the type of job that was being outsourced? You want Indians handling those calls, do you?"

The government WANTS amnesty, and THAT is a FACT. This is a CURRENT story. NOT something from a "few years ago." The reason that India didn't get this job is because Indians can barely speak English. LOL Do you think they can speak Spanish?

Exactly, just a rope-a-dope to provide cover for amnesty. It sure looks like it. Sadly!

Don't forget that the Judicary is in on this too.
The Constitution seems to make all three branches responsibe for the control of the borders. I'd give them all a failing grade.

OK, then. With some double digit millions of illegals in the country, 350 workers would not begin to be able to deal with the volume of calls that would come with an amnesty program.
Your wierd capitalization aside, you have provided some information about an immigration call center that is under a contract from HSA.
All the rest is your own speculation. Have you any idea how many legal immigrants there are in this country? A central telephone bank to provide information to that group would need about 350 workers.
You have stated your speculations regarding a news story. That's all they are...speculations. I suggest a calming cup of chamomile tea.

Just look at The President's and Congress' amnesty as a gigantic social program for Mexico. You will feel more compassionate then maybe. Well, maybe not since it will be at U.S. taxpayers' expense.
Feel better now?

That makes it all better, doesn't it?No, not at all. It just means there's more who have to accept responsibility for the sellout of America. Election time is right around the corner, and I'm sure those who participated in this will be voted out of office. In fact, even those who fought against amnesty will be booted out because the RATS have made sure that the illiterate illegals are signed up to vote against ALL Republicans.

I hadn't thought about that, but you're right. There are at least a couple of them who believe the Constitution is irrelevant. They actually think we should be subject to "International Law."

We live in California and you can do absentee ballot here. My husband just finished his. He told me he wrote "none of the above" in 7 times.
It is the first time he has ever done anything like that.

It's entirely possible that the 350 could be a dress rehearsal to "work out the bugs" before they take this puppy "on the road."
