Are you trying to apologize for the UN? The UN has f**ed up every endeavor of importance it has ever attempted, it is a completely corrupted political body.

NATO is in real charge in Kosovo. If UN ended its involvement over there what would it change? Please explain!

(I am a paleo/social-conservative Independent). NATO involvement in former Yugoslavia is a bipartisan issue. It was started by Clinton administration (with Republican support) and is being continued now.
