Right now he's a convicted felon on the explosives charges. Now he's up on the wire tapping charges and, if this new set of allegations is true, he'll probably be indicted for trying to have Proctor murdered, plus employing Proctor to threaten the reporter.
The most interesting thing is this is the first time the Pelican has been directly charged with attempting to have somebody murdered. Up to now it's "only" been wire tapping and various types of thuggish intimidation. I have to ask where Hillary's favorite PI was in the weeks immediately before Vince Foster's "suicide" and what was he doing. Accurate answers to those questions would probably reveal the real cause of Foster's death.
