Hmmm... Milo Djukanovich. The chief mafioso from Montenegro. Miloshevich's best student. Sought by the Italian justice system for rampant cigarette-smuggling and white slavery. Caught with his pants down - twice - as his cronies tried to bribe two Montenegrin citizens in connection with the May 21 referendum. Why shouldn't we believe him, right? Give me a break.
