[concerned about politics]

The Constitution clearly allows for freedom of religion and it's expression, but no where does it say the freedom to butt lust over rides that.
Homosexual behavior is as deadly as cigarette smoking, but Christianity has saved many lives. This is another po-death victory for the left.

I hope the Supreme court corrects this.

Um, sorry but homosexual behavior is FAR FAR more problematic AND deadly than cigarette smoking. Homosexual behavior is directly linked to a multitude of medical problems, as well as HIV/AIDS, and has a much much younger age of mortality.

No comparison, smoker or not. In fact there is nothing one can do in life that parallels homosexual behavior, that will expose one to so many serious and deadly medical problems, not to mention psychological one.
