The "I'd hit that" bottomfeeders drag down the conservative side of the discussion. It's barely tolerable on the Naughty Teacher threads, when it is about something as telling and surprisingly scary as Hammer and Sickle chic, they are a real, real detriment. Usually, we don't see this sort of character on JWR threads...too bad that picture was posted with the article, the L faction would have just skipped over it.

We are educated people and know full well the scourge of communism.

OTOH, the poster is right about how disgusting it is that people ignore, forget, or were never taught the fact that communism has killed an exponentially greater number of victims than naziism ever did.

It would be nice if communism and the symbols associated with it carried the same stigma as naziism and its symbols. It would also be more historically perceptive.

But, thanks to the media, which always has to make an editorial comment whenever any figure or event associated with naziism is mentioned, yet fawns over all communists, they are not.

I never get too overwrought about a little crude humour.
However, in the last few months, this has gone from the occasional "blue" comment to the slinking, drooling comments that makes a pretty level headed woman blush and then feel angry that those kinds of comments.
