Oh man, I find it hard to believe that EVERY single polling firm has it in for the administration. Both Fox and Rasmussen show Bush at his lowest ratings.
Any idea how to determine their polling demographics? It may prove eye-opening.
I don't doubt at all that it's low: my issue is that it cannot possibly "decline" in every poll all the time. It doesn't work that way.
