O'Reilly annoys me pretending he didn't harass his producer just because they settled out of court. I haven't forgotten to phone conversations she said she recorded.

The pleadings in her case included transcripts of excerpts of phone conversations, which certainly suggests that she recorded the calls. I don't think, other than that inference, there has ever been proof she had recorded calls, but I could be wrong.
