How to cook a carp:
Take one 4-5 pound carp cleaned with head on.
Marinate carp in 2 cups white vinegar and 1 pkg. Italian salad dressing mix for 8 hours.
Place carp on a well cleaned cedar shake shingle.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
Remove carp and shingle from oven (careful it's hot).
Discard carp and serve shingle.
