I am consistent.

Yes The KKK has used The Stars and Stripes, but only to prove their "patriotism" and to demand that they be allowed to exercise their 1st amendment rights as well.

Are we to allow evil people to do as they wish to protect their rights, while they walk all over the rights of others by attempting to strike fear in those they hate?

Aren't we the little Dictator this evening.

Tell us, who is the "evildoer in this case? The guy with the flag on HIS truck?

As long as they do not break the LAW, people are FREE to express their opinions.
This ain't Canada or the EU.....yet.

They're called Constitutional Rights, not conditional rights.

Evidently anyone who dares holds and expresses a different opinion than you are "evildoers" and don't have constitutional rights, huh Der Reich Marshal usmcobra?

Or are you just an Gauleiter . For now.....

I would like to think that legal actions would be reserved for the real bad people, not some guy with a confederate battle flag on his own personal vehicle. Or, are we now assuming he's a racist bigot and *is* one of the bad people?
