No, it doesn't. But does Florida really issue a confederate flag license plate? I think Florida is one of a few states that only require one license plate, rather than two, so many Florida cars have vanity "plates" in the front. Maybe this was one of those.

I have to agree with you. No way would Sharpton and Jackson not have made a state issuing a confederate plate into a BIG issue. There would have been marches and an attempt to impeach Bush, I mean Jeb.

Florida does not offer an SCV license plate, but there is a proposal for one.

Florida started the vanity plate thing with the '86 Challenger plates. Other states picked it up as a source of revenue.
