The whole thing is beyond pathetic.
I will GUARANTEE you that there are toilets ALL OVER THIS WORLD, and muslims have used them, and they don't know which way Mecca is.
This is a lets-be-a-pain-in-their-butts issue, and I would say tough...live with it.
