I just paid $35 for a a book entitled "The American Presidents Ranked by Performance ".
In Overall rankings from 1 as best to 39 it had Jimmy Carter as #18 and Ronald Reagan as #34----- I wasted my money
I've made that mistake before. Skim the book before you buy next time?
