No. Our military is not "allowed" to recruit, they are required to do so. We are all volunteer, these misguided clowns are still acting like there is a draft, and recruiting is "optional". Actually the Military has a right to recruit anywhere in this sovereign nation, even a Church or a mosque. Our military chooses not to disrespect the sanctity of the religious houses of worship.

Terrorists, on the other had are not permitted or allowed to recruit anywhere. Even though it has been documented that much of their real recruiting is carried out in mosques.
