The United States is quietly blocking the start of a long-awaited renovation of United Nations headquarters in hopes that the UN will PICK UP AND LEAVE.

Get the U.S. OUT, then kick the U.N. OUT of the U.S.!

Ethiopia, or South Africa would be fine locations.
The thugs running the U.N. would feel at home in such thugocracies, and the Tse-Tse fly's might deplete the number of bureaucrats over time.
