I'm sorry, but that looks photoshopped.
Moving forward I think the same will happen to video, where clips can be altered by anyone. While this happens all the time in Hollywood (that is expensive, especially when nicely done) and in some homes (although the improvements are either cosmetic, for example removing red eyes, or if meant to ape Hollywood type effects they are nonconvincing) , I believe that soon cheap capable technology will soon proliferate throughout the populace that will enable anyone with time to create/alter digital video that has 'extras' added to it. For example adding a totally realistic sasquatch to your camping video (none of that blurry 'man-in-ape-suit' stuff), or having a perfectly realistic UFO flash by, or even go fishing and snag Nessie on your marlin line (although why you would have a marlin line on Loch Ness is beyond me ...LOL). Soon it will be impossible to believe video, and the tech will get so good that unless you see it with your own 2 eyes (with no TV/Computer/other screen in front of you) you just cannot believe it.
Who knows. Maybe pictures and video will have to possess digitalized 'stamps' of 'authenticity' to be accepted as 'real.' Hey, someone wants to help start a firm authenticating future digital video give me a holler (LOL).
