"Once Upon a Time in the West" was an Italian production, filmed in the Tabernas desert in and around Almeria,Spain, Cinecitta Studios in Rome, Monument Valley,Utah and several locations in Arizona.

I can't find any reference to one scene ("I could crush you like a wormy apple") which I always thought was filmed at the Anastasi ruins in Canyon De Chelly National Monument, Arizona. That would take some research.

I have the widescreen version from TCM on videotape, but would love to have the DVD..now I'm compelled to pull it out and give it a watch, it's been several years since I last watched it.
