Listening to Rush now---I'll listen later. But both McV and N had attorneys who were duty bound to do ANYTHING to get their clients off, and yet neither used anything like this; and no juror heard one single piece of evidence that would cast doubt on whether McV and N acted alone. That is quite telling. To believe Davis---and again, I'm not disbelieving her---will require that one calls all four juries, plus the prosecutors AND defense attorneys, liars.
