I think the state guidelines for that are in the $700,000 - $800,000 range. For SFO adj. add $500,000

I'm hoping the test explosion the pentagon is performing in the Las Vegas area will cause an earthquake that finally puts SF in the Pacific. Harsh I suppose. Can't help it. I'm just mean that way.
