Leaky doesn't like Diane's amendment on the tunnels. Says that a property owner could face jail time for having a tunnel in their property

Leaky might have a point about property owners being charged with a crime

Or .. they could be playing good cop/bad cop

The problem with these Senators is that they can't be trusted
