The way they are agrueing about this one Durbin amendment with the Kyl second degree amendment

Kyle is going for a better approach

Durbin is trying to get a broader wording

Remember this bill/amendment will be challenged in the Courts .. you can count on that

The Dems are pushing for a vote on the amendment now instead of taking a break to work it out
